Great tasty burger, nice quality salad, packaged neatly and unlike their competitors no whinging about lettuce shortage - some nice fresh lettuce provided! Chips were also well salted and tasty.

I think I may have received the wrong burger. I ordered the Super Star combo with chili cheese fries. The burger description says it has 2 patties, but there was only 1. Also, I asked for no onion, but clearly there was onion on it. (In pic)
The chili cheese fries were a good portion with a nice amount of chili on it, but very little cheese. (Sorry, no pic)

Probably one of the best "fast food" experiences I've ever had.
friendly (authentically) staff who make eye contact and whom are knowledgeable about the product, to the point of pre-empting even my strange changes and additions.
we'll be back... soon

The big Carl was really good but im giving a 1 star because my double cheeseburger was absolutely terrible! The bread was so hard and stale and the worst burger Ive ever had. Really would like my money back

Burger was just warm, not hot at all. Cheesy fries were like glue. Flavours were there, but the result was not good. Ordered and paid more, for the shake, and got red fizzy drink instead. Not impressed. Would not order again, sorry. The cookies were the only good item.
