What happened to the quality at Carl's? The chicken sandwich was just one thin long tender on a round bun. The Famous, usually a favorite, had soggy lettuce and no flavor. The CA classic was like rubber. The only bright side was the zucchini, which is always delcious. So much money for what amounted to junk quality food!

My first time trying a burger here and first time having Carls Jr in general since I was a kid because they're one of the only places on here I can find that do lettuce wraps. They piled on the toppings but the burger patty itself was like a centimeter thick and this light gray color I don't think I've ever seen in a burger before. If you like Arby's curly fries, you'll probably like these Waffle Fries, but if you're like me and hate whatever seasoning they put on them, don't get them. I'm a pretty big fan of salt, but their mayo is crazy salty. I couldn't finish the burger or the Waffle Fries. Just really bad all around get anything else

I love Carl's Jr!!! They fill their zucchini chips all the way to the top not like most places where you get half! Their burgers are always fresh!
