Ordered the sausage biscuit and egg meal for breakfast. The biscuit was very dry. The hash browns were greasy. I would not recommend this meal off of the menu. Especially for breakfast unless you want a stomach ache.

El El Diablo Single Combo was a major bust ! Came looking like a sad plain burger not the BIG BAD BURGER shown in the commercials. It did have spicy flavor which is why I gave 2 ⭐, but when u show a monster of a burger in your commercials, and then deliver this - it's just sad. Bad look for a fast food place when ordering from an actual restaurant nowadays is about the same prices as your burger and fries. At least restaurant burgers look like the pictures.

this is one of the most professional and most organized and cleanest Carl's Juniors I've been to in a long time. My interaction was flawless. it was a delightful customer experience communicating with the management as well as the team members. I wish more places were trained in providing Stellar customer service the same way

got no Straw or Spoon .
Onion Rings were cold and tasted very greasy.
strawberry milkshake wasn't good at all.
Hand-Scooped Ice-Cream Shakes™ tasted like it had to.much milk in it.
