Lots of clams in this linguini dish. The pasta is cooked perfectly and it come with a nice side salad with a house vinaigrette.This is the only place in town that serves this dish ( that I am aware of) and it is a nice size portion, comes with some garlic bread too.

Me and my wife life in Death Valley and come to pahrump a couple times per week and Carmelo's is hands down the best food in town . We got the Luca's Lasagna Al Forno and the Margherita Pizza (14") and they were both freshly made and tasted fantastic. The portion size for the Luca's Lasagna Al Forno was perfect for me and my wife to share and have the pizza for lunch the next day. I will be coming back here often !!!

Authentic Italian. Great service whether dine in or dine out. Hidden gem in the desert. You won't be disappointed! Highly recommend pesto, scampi & Alfredo. Also, the gravy (marinara) is a 4th generation recipe I'm told.

The salad was very overpriced. It was drenched in grated parmesan cheese. Every Chicken Caesar I have had uses shredded Parmesan cheese.
The Margherita Pizza (14" had pesto sauce on it and very little mozzarella cheese. Overall, very disappointed especially for the price.
