This is going to sound so weird but Carvel has the worst peanut butter cups out of every ice cream place ever. It's literally just giant chunks of super hard chocolate. Other places have these soft, big globs of PB if you know what i'm talking about. I have to beg this place to give me extra cause if feels like there's half a pb cup in my ice cream every time.

We have ordered here three times, each time we have ordered the same thing, and gotten something slightly different. Our order is Scooped Ice Cream, vanilla fudge swirl (which one would assume vanilla ice cream with the fudge within the actual ice cream) with brownie bites added on top.
1st order, we received soft serve, with brownies and hot fudge. No big deal, maybe they were out of the fudge swirl.
2nd order, we received what we could only assume was coconut ice cream...
3rd order, we received softserve again.
The quality of the ice cream is fine, but its still not what we ordered.
