The Square Ice Cream Cake was in bad condition and had to throw it to to the trash. Very bad experience.

Definitely the best old school ice cream around and the best service! My order came late and melted but management of carvel hooked me up big time and what's even better is it was good to eat even after I refroze it... that's how you know the quality is superior

Order items were not 100% accurate. M&M carvlanche came with sprinkles not m&ms, wasn't good.
