The Quesabirria was fantastic! They were stuffed with meat and cheese and came with plenty of consume, cilantro, and onions on the side. The Burrito was also stuffed with filling and very good. The Cheese Dip ToGo and Salsa de Chips is the best ive gotten in the area- very flavorful. The sauces were all the way full. Everything was still piping hot whenever we got it too.

Nachos Fajita are my favorite dish from Casa Alejo, and I usually pick it up myself. Today, I Door Dashed it and there was a difference in food quality. The dish looked the same on top, but underneath it was loaded with a bunch of stale, inedible tortilla chips and less meat and veggies. I'm beginning to notice that in other restaurants too. Door Dash orders should be treated with the same importance. It's a good marketing tool, if the quality is there.

Their food is always so good 10/10!!! And i only ordered Quesabirria and a drink to go but it came with chips and salsa so thats awesome!!! Awesome customer service as usual!

Took a bit longer than expected and was slightly cold as a result. Portions were decent but the carnitas were pretty bland. I would try again in person.
