the mole negro have no flavor ..don't taste?? the rice is the only thing I eat beans same no flavor.i eat one chicken leg but no flavor ..nothing like before ..Molcajete OaxaqueñoMole Negro the molcajete was disgusting a little piece of meat so expensive for the food..I'm sorry to let u know

I’m a big fan of this traditional dish from Oaxaca although this particular it wasn’t the best, I guess they runout of Queso Oaxaca because they put queso fresco instead which is a big no no, I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend
