The Penne Bianco is the only thing I order at Casa. Great, made with love and plenty of food to last several meals. It's penne pasta, cream parm sauce, sausage, mushrooms, spinach with mozzarella and provolone cheese. Delicious

I thought I was ordering eggplant parmiagiana but it came with a white sauce instead of red sauce. There was a choice that said"required" so I checked it. It was some kind of sauce I had never heard of. The dish was ok but I was disappointed not to get red sauce. Also they sent bread but forgot the butter packets.
