the bowl was amazing. i almost cried. the pita chips are amazing and crunchy and also healthy. this location adds very good portions and i always have left over and get my moneys worth. they are fast and respond to the doordash order quickly

This was THE WORST order I have ever received from Door Dash! The Cava on 8th street nw in Washington DC is HORRIBLE!!! Let me be clear...my order was delivered timely and with care, however, this CAVA sucks! They missed some of the items I ordered and some I ordered double of but did not receive. I went to the location to complain and ask them to rectify it but the Manager "Annissa", if thats her real name, was very nonchalant and unbothered that they screwed up my order! As much as I eat CAVA I will stop patronizing this establishment dealing with this type of customer service! This is utterly disgusting and unacceptable. BTW, I spent extra money for delivery only ended going there anyway and not enjoying what I paid EXTRA for!!! I understand why some people react to these food establishments the way they do! I'm pissed!
