I had no idea I loved Mediterranean food this much until I had Cava. FRESH ingredients, flavorful meats and falafel, the spreads and dips are fantastic (I like the tzatziki, harissa, hummus, and crazy feta), pita bread and pita chips are delicious. So many flavors just in one order. If you haven't tried it, Cava is a MUST

The Greek salad bowl is my absolute favorite. I make no modifications to the salad. The only thing added are the pita chips.
