• DoorDash orderI really love the food at Canva—it’s fresh, flavorful, and usually very satisfying. However, every time I’ve ordered through the app, the portion sizes have been noticeably smaller, even when I pay for extra grains or toppings. It feels like they don’t even try to honor the add-ons. This has never been an issue when I pick up in person, so it’s disappointing to see such a difference with delivery orders. I hope they can bring more consistency to their app experience because the food itself is great.
