I REALLY wish I didn't have to give it 4 stars because the food is actually AMAZING! This is our first order from here. We were just missing our drink. Attempts were made because we had an empty cup in our bag. I'm sure the drink would have been just as good as the food, though.

Grains Bowl was woefully underfilled. I seriously opened the lid and laughed at how small the portion was compared to the bowl. Side of tzaziki was like $4 and maybe 2oz. It's so expensive for what you get.

The taste was good, but the presentation and customization requests were not fulfilled on multiple food orders. This was not the CAVA I switched to from Meza. You are now on par with Meza, low par that.

Paid extra for sweet potatoes and there are more sweet potatoes by far than the chicken and veggies that were supposed to be halved for my protein. Very disappointed since I also paid extra for extra pita and a side of red pepper hummus. There's 2 small dressing cups with the hummus for over $3. Thats ridiculous! This is my favorite healthy restaurant and I always order the same thnt regardless of locations and this location disappointed me big time! Hardly any chicken pieces. Wont order from here again.

Food was good. Cava filling the order was not. Their customer service in response was also not good. We did not receive some of what we ordered. Called Cava and the manager said they were out items. But they offered nothing as a substitute. Nor did they acknowledge that they did not completely fill the order with the delivery. Guess they were hoping we wouldn't notice? The manager also indicated that since 3 of the items were "free" (the pitas) that it wasn't a big deal. ("Free" still means the customer is owed the item.).
I mentioned that they could have simply written a note acknowledging the missing items (own the problem upfront) and include a substitute to the order to offer good customer service. But the manager did not indicate that this was their practice. And had no plan to do so in the future. All 3 of us were disappointed with the way this was handled. A shame. The food is delicious. But if you can't count on a complete order, then we'll work with restaurants who offer better customer service.
