I wouldn't order from this location. I was given one garlic sauce that was only halfway full although I selected two. I also didn't receive the extra falafel that I paid for. Portions aren't as great as the Harahan location.

Food was good but the Salad Bowl was under filled for the cost. It looks like they gave greens less than if you got a grain bowl.

This Cava on Freret is actually unbelievable. Today they didn’t give me either of the dressings I paid for. Not one. Every time I order, it takes 1–2 hours, things are missing, food is cold, and staff are rude as hell to the delivery drivers. Multiple dashers have told me they had to beg for my order while being ignored. One time my lemonade came half full. HALF. It’s giving petty, lazy, and unprofessional. I love Cava, but this location is a disgrace. Do better.

the rice was dry and the lid wasnt all the way on. I have a feeling the dasher messed with my order, seems like less food than usual
