I have eaten here at least once a week since I found it. Paul makes amazing food and makes it easy to give back. The chicken quesadilla is great, the pasta salad is great, the soups are all OUTSTANDING and all come with a garlic butter roll. I truly cannot recommend COSC enough.

Everything we get from Paul at COSC is amazing. The bbq chicken dipper sandwich was particularly delicious today, and the SW chicken corn chowder is always amazing.

Ive been waiting for a soup place to open in Bend so I don't have to go to an overpriced supermarket and buy mediocre soup. Everything I've tried here has been fantastic and well beyond my expectations.
