• DoorDash orderWow the Mala Crispy Pork Belly!!! When you eat it while it's hot, the flavour profile is perfection! The CRUNCH istop and even cold, it still maintains the crunch but when eaten cold (room temperature), you taste the fatty bits.
The Sesame Beef was okay - it tasted more tangy than sweet and rather difficult to eat as take out because the strips are stuck together and for that reason, I prefer the golden mountain beef instead, but hands down, the Mala Crispy Pork Belly is worth a repeat.

• DoorDash orderThe crispy tofu was not crispy at all. The sauce is too much and too sweet. This was not the tofu I had ordered before. The first time I ordered it tofu was crispy and the sauce was sweet and sour and not mixed with the tofu.

• DoorDash orderI've gotten the Chopped Chili Fish W/ Tofu and the Green Beans W/pickled Vegetables countless times, and it never misses. The fish is so tender and flavorful and pairs perfectly with the spice and the silken tofu. The green beans are also a classic. 10/10.

• DoorDash orderI was incredibly impressed with the entire order. the Mapo Tofu was wrapped very well to prevent leaks, Extra Spicy was actually spicy, and the shrimp in the Combination Lo Mein was properly cooked (not overdone) and had great flavor. This is my new favorite place!

• DoorDash orderIt could very well be the Dasher being 30 minutes behind, so I'm going to not menion the lack of crispiness and my rating has more to do with lack of flavour. I did elect for less spicy on the Mala Crispy Pork Belly and the Dry Fried Cauliflower but even the Beef Chow Fun was lacklustre.
I had such an amazing experience previously that I decided to venture into trying additional dishes, and next time I order from Chang Chang, I'll try the Mala Crispy Pork Belly and the Golden Mountain Beef again.
