Arroz Costilla Lumpia : Egg rolls are tasteless and the one rib they included had no meat on it. I would not serve this in a prison. fried rice was decent...overall bad

the rice was super hard and undercooked . lumpias had a weird smell.
Food was really bland and over cooked. Ordered some wings and couldn't eat anything off of them due to it being burnt. Wouldnt recommend ordering from here.
