Charcoaler is still a favorite part of El Paso. I'll recommend the Green Chile Double to just about anyone who'll listen, it's too good to pass up.

A mixed bag - their burgers are always great (but tiny), and the green chile goes well with them. But literally anything that isn't a burger seems to be bad - their fish sandwiches obviously used old oil and had stale buns, and their onion rings were improperly fried and unbearably salty.
TL;DR - if you *only* want a good burger, try Charcoaler.

the onion rings were too salty. and the green chili on the green chili burger should have been grilled. it was cold green chili on my burger.
