The roll was 'gummy', and had a microwave texture to it, rather than toasted. The skimpy ingredients made for a flat sandwich. Very disappointed. I realize items aren't always as pictured, but this bore no resemblance to the photo.

The cheesesteaks, despite the price, are good. With that being said, the kids meal specifies "kids cookie" leading one to believe it would be a real baked cooked. It is in fact a package of 2 Oreo cookies. Shameful for the price in addition to the misleading branding.

Ordered 2 shakes with whipped cream neither came with nor was filled to top about 3/4 full then only about 10 fries in combo 64$ ordercalled door dasher no answer called charlies as well got answering machine hope I get a return soon or something ordered about 120 in food in 2days this what we get ????

The CHICKEN BUFFALO is just okay as far as buffalo chicken sandwiches go. The problem is there is always something missing in DoorDash orders from this store.
