I have lost count of how many sandwiches I have eaten from CC. but this is THE BEST FOOD. it comes quickly and it's always hot. hands down best food in Huntsville

Hard pass on this one... after order what turned out to be a nearly 40.00 sandwich, the quality was terrible overall. Steak flavor was very subpar, lettuce was brown and slimy. They also forgot the condiments. Sandwich was overall dry and flavorless.

The sandwiches in the order were soggy to the point of not being able to pick them up. The CHICKEN TERIYAKI had juice soaking the paper it was wrapped in. They stuffed all the sandwiches and the fries in one small bag so everything was squished. We asked for jalapeños on the fries and there were none but they put jalapeños on the sandwiches. The whole order was a waste of money.

My first time ordering from Charley's wasn't too bad. The food was hot. My sandwich needed salt & pepper. No seasoning at all. 🤷🏽‍♀️ The fries were good with the cheese sauce, but also needed salt. The peach lemonade needed sugar. Very bland meal. On a good note, the food wasn't as greasy as some reviews suggest.

The sandwiches were a little bland and soggy The order showed a B1G1 special, however the receipt did not reflect this unsure if my delivery driver even got the tip that I authorized through Door Dash.
