Second time ordering from Charm City Lo Mein. First time was great. The Chicken with Garlic-black Pepper Sauce was very watery this time. The portion is full enough to save for the next day if you add side items like me. I added the pint of rice to it and eveything became soggy. Everything else was fresh and tasty.

Basil Fried Rice with chicken was very good. Would order again. Not too spicy just enough. Portion was enough for 2 meals.

Mango sticky rice is really good, 8/10
Pad thai is a bit bland was much better with the lime but they only gave one slice 6/10
The thai iced tea was terrible, way too sweet, i could not drink more than a couple of sips 1/10

Blandest Thai food ive ever had. If you gave this place a high rating, you don know what Thai is supposed to taste like.
