So authentic!! The 正宗万州麻辣烤鱼(西曹)Mala Broiled Whole Fish w/Assorted Veg (Bass) was amazing!!! Highly recommend

Well, this is not my first time ordering from this restaurant, the first time was great hence i am reordering, but this time the food was not ideal. First of all, the Sea Coconut Black Bone Chicken Soup 熬夜海底椰乌鸡汤 costs $16, but as you can see from the picture I took before opening the sealed box, it has only half of the little box, my expectation is it at least should be 85% filled, if not 95%, it definitely is way less than my previous order. Secondly, the Truffle Beef Tenderloin 黑松露牛肉 tastes just ok-ish, good portion but imo way overpriced. Only highlight is the Boneless Pork Trotters 麻辣诱惑无⻣蹄花, which i would give a five star. The portion of the soup really disappoints me this time, it was good before.

The half duck is only a few slices, definitely not half duck. Completely cold when delivered, not freshly cooked, very hard to chew.
