I’m reaching out regarding my recent order from Chick-fil-A, which arrived in unacceptable condition. The food was not just slightly cool, it was completely not fresh. The fries were inconsistently prepared, with well-shaped pieces on top but uneven, lower-quality pieces hidden underneath.
When we raised our concerns with Chick-fil-A, they dismissed our complaint, stating that the responsibility lies with DoorDash.<<taggedItemId=22998713082>>

We love Chick-fil-A® Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal and chicken 5 Ct Nuggets Kid's Meal it was good!! We wish it arrived a little warmer but understandable when ordering takeout in cold weather.
