Food was cold, bacon was undercooked, cheese was not even melted. First bad experience. Disappointed hash browns were even cold. Also they don't tape the drinks shut.

Fries are ever hardly filled up all the way. Half of my sandwich I couldn't eat bc it wasn't cooked right

No straws, half the condiments were missing and the medium fries were only filled 3/4 of the way so they were basically a small. I used to be able to count on CFA being the DoorDash order that was always right and always above and beyond. But the last few months a lot of mistakes have been made. Things being forgotten which means the order is not being checked before it's sealed to go out. Those few extra seconds to check it is what Chick-fil-a used to be and I hope they get back to that again.
