Last time was not a great time they got my order all wrong but, this time it was warm and good and all handl with care it was overall amazing

I order this ALL the time and it has NEVER been this poor... there is hardly any pimento cheese on it and what is on the sandwich is barely even on the chicken.. or the bread itself for that matter. And the jalapeños.. this whole sandwich is poorly done.

payed almost 60$ for a family meal and just got the chicken and fries. no mac&cheese, fruit cup etc.
