The cool wrap didn't taste fresh like it usually does and it is so expensive. The Mac & Cheese is the bomb! I have always loved the cool wrap and was excited when it came back to the menu, but this is the third time that I've had it since its return and disappointed each time.

I ordered at 1:13pm. Food didn't arrive until 1:50pm although when I placed the order delivery time said 1:27-1:37pm. The delivery driver was at Chik Fil A on time. The restaurant took too long to prepare my order. The food was barely warm when I got it. I'm very disappointed.
