this chickfila in particular does not fill their parfaits up at all. this is right out the container looking half full. for the price, they need to fill it to or near the brim.

Love this restaurant and their staff, the only issue I had with today's order is that my chicken was very hard/crunchy as if it was undercooked. No love lost, just feedback from a fellow hospitality worker!

Chicken was undercooked. Fries were not fresh or hot. Brownie was smashed and old. I order here quite a bit. Both shocked and disappointed.

Earlier today i ordered the same thing for myself and it was very full. This order is for my daughter and she has a lot less macaroni than my order did. Also there was no fork.

Help me understand how I ordered just one meal but got 2 fries and not my Polynesian sauce. Attention to detail is still crucial with customer service. From an older fast food manager im not pleased at all to a dry sandwich and nothing to dip my medium fries in....
