• DoorDash orderThe nuggets tasted odd, as if they were left in old oil. The fries were undercooked and unsalted. The only good part of the meal was the chocolate milkshake. I enjoy going to this Chicfila but something is obviously off today.

• DoorDash orderUsually this is one of the most consistent places we eat, and the food is always great until today. I hope it's just a one time thing but my soup was bad, the beans were undercooked and there was no chicken in it at all. I know we'll eat with them again and I hope it'll be back to the goodness we've always enjoyed.
