Sicker was not on correctly and sauces wet I know that it condensation but it shoul happen with the sauce

I can't really say I enjoyed my Grilled Chicken Sandwich Meal since for one, there was no sauce for the sandwich. I can't enjoy a dry sandwich. My drink had so much ice, 1 hour later my drink tasted like flavored water but the cup was still full of ice.
My side salad was okay.
