Made an order and one of my meals didn't even get the sandwich basically paid for a meal just to get fries and a drink not the first time

All fries in my order were 1/2 filled, 1/2 nuggets were missing and there were no straws with the order. Dasher delivery but the bag was secured with a sticker but crushed. I was not eligible for a refund.
