This was a first for us using Door Dash. Surprised our son and daughter-in-law for their anniversary. They love the Chick-fil-A biscuits and the two year old loved the mini nuggets! Awesome service from Chick-fil-A!

The chicken biscuit was good but I didn't receive my iced coffee and that's what I really wanted. I'm in the house with my newborn and not able to get out and I was really looking for to my coffee. I think Chik fil a and door dash needs to do better with comparing receipts to the orders and communication.

Sandwiches and fries were great as expected but didn't receive notification or any knock/doorbell ring until several minutes following delivery so received them cold after double checking outside our door. Both beverages were either old batches or completely watered down. The 1/2 lemonade, 1/2 sweet tea was something else entirely from what we ordered and not drinkable.

The food, such as it was, was good. However, the Chick-Fil-A people did a poor job of checking the order: for an order with a large salad, not only did they not include the extra pepitas I asked for, they did not include either of the two dressings I ordered. Result: a very dry & bland salad. I would have expected someone to notice that a salad did not have any dressing whatsoever before sealing the bag; alas, that's not at all what happened. Second time in a row I've had this type of problem with this particular store.
