We love Chick-fil-A and order or go by often. Although today was such a wonderful experience! I had a pretty terrible day today. When I finally made it home, we decided to order dinner. When it arrived and I opened the bag, I immediately smiled and got teary eyed. After such a rough day there was a little light at the end of the tunnel. Included with our food, we received a sweet note and a chocolate chip cookie. Thank you Northwest Highway location for making my day end on a better note!

This location is always leaving stuff out of our order. We did not receive the Spicy Deluxe Sandwich. One time we received someone else's sandwich in addition to our order. They also never include dressing with salads.

Second time in a row, this location at W Nw Hwy - sauces requested not present, no napkins, and no straw! Love Field has a smaller menu, but they at least provide the basics.
