Everything came as I ordered it and warm! The vegan sandwich was well made, with the right spice, good amount of toppings and my fries and cheese sauce were warm! Thank you guys so much!!

Honestly, I had ordered from them when they first opened and made the mistake of ordering extra hot... I love me some spicy food but that was out of control. The medium heat is spicy enough and still super flavorful. Also, the portion size on the sandwiches is huge!!! I got the Nashville and will definitely be adding it to my rotation. (Also, it remains super crisp during transit.)

I've eaten raw ghost pepper and Carolina reaper for comparison. I can say that the X-Hot option is just spicy enough to scratch a heart lover's itch without skimping on any flavor. 10/10
