Very nice food! Chicken was very juicy and crisp! They could be more generous with the seasonings (lucifer spice was nice but chicken couldve been tossed in it. It mostly was on one side) but it was excellent!

The chicken from this place were delicious, crunchy coatings done well. Love their chicken!
Had to drop one star because of their potato fries. They seemed to have been stale and refried. Hence why they were so dry inside instead of moist and way too salty with the seasoning, that again, suggested it had been cooked a long while ago then re-fried and re-seasoned.

I love the food here it tastes good. However, ordered Chicken Minions and it looks like i got less the amount i paid for. Picture shows how there were only a few pieces of chicken in the package.

Ordered 4 drinks and finished it with 2 sips. It was just straight Ice. 90% ice and 10% drink. Could not taste the tea. Straight up sweetened water

honestly it's just barely edible maybe just get the chicken katsu curry since that's like the only throat-able option for rice. Chicken with KIMCHI FRIED RICE is weirdly sweet and the BibimBap has the weirdest samjang chilli mix ever and just randomly some pink pickled ginger/daikon and it's just honestly very off-putting.
TLDR: don't order from Rice Factory and just get the fried chicken from Chicken Episode and you'll be okay for the rest of the day.
