Idk if they forgot to change their oil but the chicken tasted burnt and old and my wifes ried pickles had oil just in the bottom of the bag

I had the #5 and asked for hot sauce and honey did not get either the gizzards were very small and didn't taste fresh even though I called and I asked for them to be dropped fresh
