Used to love this store, but it has definitely gone downhill the last 2 months or so . The sweet tea is not very sweet at all. The tenders barely have any meat and are hard, thin, and sharp.

This was my first time to have Chicken Express and definitely won't be my last. The spicy #1 - 4 Express Tender Combo had just the right amount of spice that did not overwhelm the great flavor. The 2 Piece Fish Combo was perfectly moist with a delicious batter. The family-sized okra filled about a 2x4x6" box.

Everything tasted old. Couldn't even eat the okra. Cold slaw had old wilted pieces in it. I order this meal quite often and was shocked at such poor quality.

The chicken and the gizzards were not cooked properly they did not have a golden crust. The ogre was slightly overcooked and had a few burnt pieces. One of the containers of gravy was like water and tasteless. The bun in with the chicken was completely smashed flat. The rest of the food was very good. There were no straws for the drinks.

The rolls were not good tonight! They tasted sour. Where is the gravy for the mashed potatoes? The okra was not fried enough.
Normally the food is really good.
