In the past they've been great quality food for a reasonable price, however lately the prices have increased significantly with worse service.
Whole items missing from orders and items listed on their menu are either not available or not provided at all.
In the past they would fairly compensate for unavailable items but now they have either switched them for lesser value items, or worse yet provided no compensation at all.
The menu is not properly maintained or updated regularly, and there is discrepancies between the menu's on different platforms. The only update seems to be the increase in prices.
Hopefully they reverse course to provide better service, keep their menus updated and consistent, and keep their prices reasonable.
But until then, with increased prices, worse service and inconsistent menus I cannot in good faith recommend them at this time.

I have visited and ordered many times . Everything was perfect.
It is my first time to order online. I don't know why the page shows that I can buy one and get one for free. But what I received is only one item. I called the empolee, he let me talk to the boss tomorrow morning. So werid.Wicken Lunch PackWicken Cheesy Burger
