10/10 I ordered multiple wings for my Christmas party and they came in an hr. I got three orders of the General T'so Wings 12 peice and two orders of the Baked Jerk Wings 12 peice. The jerk wings are so tender and juicy. The meat fell off the bone. And the general t'so wings are so sweet and delicious. I definitely recommend.

Food was amazing. Took my family here for dinner. We ordered Shrimp platter, lobster mac n cheese, General T'so wings, lemon pepper wings, cajun fries, mac and cheese balls. Everything was delicious and great customer service. We will be back.

Several issues with my order.
Before I begin, let me credit Chicken Box with the quality of their food. It was tasty.
That being said, I ordered the smash burger (cooked medium), a side of steak fries, crème brûlée cheesecake, and a pink lemonade. The burger was cooked correctly (both in what I wanted on it it, and to my requested temperature). However, nowhere does it specify that it comes with fries. So I unnecessarily ordered an extra side of fries. The cheesecake was cancelled off my order, no reason was given. And the pink lemonade, ended up being a cup of water.
All in all, not sure I'll order from here again.

I ordered a burger that did not arrive with the rest of my food. I also requested no pickles on my Hot Honey Crispy Chicken Sandwich and that was the only topping on it. It was a delicious though. The fries were seasoned well.
