Soapapillas were not great.
No flavor.
The fajita chicken Traditional Chimichanga-average.
Just a bunch chicken-no fajita veggies.
The beans and rice were fine.
I paid $7.00 for a small sandwich size bag of chips and a small side of salsa.
I guess its
better to eat there instead of to go/door dash.

All food very dry, chips were damp but toppings were dried out, definitely made and left to sit out, chorizo burrito definitely just ground beef and taco mix, rice dry, key lime pie was fine, definitely no item was worth the price and you're better off getting taco bell.

Enough is enough. I am continually extremely disappointed in Chile Verde. I've been nothing but nice for more than 6 months but now enough is enough dealing with their continued errors (never used to experience this at the old Sawmill location that we went to for 3 years). Since June, we have been continually missing our second order of Cheese Tots (the reason we go there). It became so bad, a few months ago, I called, explained the situation to Tom and asked that the manager on duty check my food. The next 2 times, it was correct because I called. This time, on New Years Eve, when my husband was closing his restaurant, I tried to place another order, having first called to verify Chile Verde's hours that morning as well as having checked on the doordash app, which said they were accepting orders until 8:40pm. I went to place my order at exactly 8:30 and it said they were closed. I called Chile Verde 3 times, with Tom saying he would fix it each time, blaming doordash and after 20 minutes was FINALLY able to place my order. Guess what? THEY FORGOT HALF MY ORDER! I was missing of course my cheese tots, tortillas for my tacos, 2 bags of chips, and salsa. After my husband closed his store, he ran up to get there to get taco shells, salsa, chips, and queso, as Tom said they were unable to make my cheese tots. I've given many chances because I used to work in the restaurant industry and my husband has been a GM for years but this is just beyond what should ever be considered reasonable. My McDonald's orders are always 10 times more accurate than Chile Verde. The fact that they never even offered remake my cheese tots in the future just adds insult to injury. Oh and they need to decide on portion size. My husband and I almost never vary on our orders. Sometimes they put the cheese tots in 2 separate large boxes and sometimes they put them in 2 separate small round boxes. Chile Verde needs to pick a size and stick with it because we expect to get what we pay for (these cheese tots are ALWAYS ordered as sides to my tacos so there should absolutely not be any variation unless it is a complete change to portion size which has not been the case) Disappointed to say the least.
