I order from this Chili's every time I stay at the Hilton in N. Raleigh. The food quality is good and always consistent. The packaging for delivery from Chili's vs. other restaurants is superior. Especially the separately packaged ice cream with the Molten Chocolate Cake.

There was plenty of lettuce in my Santa Fe Salad but very little else. It is "supposed" to have pico and avocado but I'm pretty sure I only saw two squares of tomato. This was hardly worth $17+.

The SW egg roll was fried as hard as a brick. When I bit into the chicken tender, it was not fully cooked. My husband called and started explaining to the manager, he hung up on my husband. He called back, was transferred to the manager, and he never picked up. We will be calling Corporate on Monday.

Steak was smaller than my hand. Didn't give me my asparagus that I paid extra for. Cheesecake had no strawberry topping. And those weren't egg rolls definitely taquitos. Only thing good was my bf burger. Prices are CRAZY high for no reason. I could've been better eating cookout tbh :/

I ordered the Pepper Pals® Crispy Crispers® and the Mini Chocolate Lava Cake. The chicken crispers meal included fries, a drink, and honey mustard dipping sauce. All of the food was very fresh and still hot! I was very pleased the soda (Coke) was neither watered down, nor over carbonated.The chicken crispers were meaty with a nice balance of seasoning and crispy coating! The dipping sauce tasted house made, which added another level of delicious flavor! Unfortunately, the Mini Lava Cake I was looking forward to eating was unavailable (I was refunded the cost). Great, fresh food and I will order from Chili's Grill & Bar again!
