Ordered the honey chicken burrito bowl and the rice was clumpy, fajitas undercooked, and the worst part is I received exactly 4 pie of chicken! Ive been to this location in person and the food quality is so much better! Highly disappointed in this service today!

I normally love chipotle but this last order left something to be desired. The fajitas were raw and the red onion was overpowering, the chicken had ZERO flavor, and I found an avocado stem in my food. Two stars because the portion size was good.

Chicken is burnt, dry, and cold. My burrito was 90% sour cream, 2% rice.. burrito wasnt even wrapped, it was folded like a taco!

Our food was stale and did not taste fresh. The serving sizes were off...I barely had any meat in my burrito and I ordered two kinds. The chips were so stale they were inedible and the queso was too salty to enjoy.

the burrito bowl had approximately 1 teaspoon of rice, a half a cup of salsa, cheese that does not melt and 4 bits of chicken. Very disappointing and a waste of 40 bucks
