The chips were very stale hard to eat. They also forgot my kids meal drink and the fruit. My bowl and burrito barely had meat and it was mos fat on it from the meat. Spent 65 dollars just to not eat it. Very disappointed

So disappointing! I'll start by saying that my dasher was great- prompt, kind and totally on top of it!
My food was another story, all together. I order the exact same thing every single time I go to Chipotle, so the fact that it turned out the way it did was a complete disappointment. I ordered a steak salad with corn salsa, sour cream, and cheese. Super simple yet delicious. This version had the smallest dab of corn salsa. Honestly, it was almost like an afterthought. On the other hand, there was more sour cream and cheese than there was lettuce. Now, I have had that issue in the past with there not being a ton of lettuce but the employees are always more than happy to give more- I mean, it is a salad after all. With ordering, I knew there would be the possibility of not a ton of lettuce but the sour cream and cheese to lettuce ratio makes it truly inedible. I like those ingredients but there was so much, it honestly tasted like I was eating a block of cheese- it really is gross! I tried calling Chipotle, directly, to get asissitance, see if they would deliver a new one as my little ones are sleeping so running out is not an option. It is impossible to get through to a team member. All in all, super disappointing. I spent $25 on a "salad" (that includes the delivery, of course) and I can't even eat it or get a refund. It just put a really bad taste in my mouth (literally and figuratively) .

The guacamole was brown and gross, almost 4 dollars extra for something that isn't fresh. Terrible, used to be fair priced and fresh and it is not that way anymore.
