My food is typically prepared well at this location. However, whoever was responsible for preparing the food for Doordash pickup in 2/21/24 just slapped the ingredients into our burritos. When we arrived home to unwrapped our burritos, we were welcomed to a burrito mess! Ingredients, i.e., beans, cheese, and chicken, were everywhere and falling into the floor. The burritos were not wrapped well at all. They decided to double wrap the burritos, which made it tough to chew. To pay $35 for two burritos and have them prepared in that way is unacceptable!

Rice is usually not cooked thoroughly & evey other bite has a few completely uncooked kernels that really hurt & ruin the taste.
Ingredients such as guacamole, pico & sour cream etc are inconsistent. Sometimes too much of one & little to nothing of the other etc.
I usually order barbacoa & it's also inconsistently prepared. Sometimes it's just clumps of tasteless meat but usually it's edible.
Pro tip: - Do better. There are other options.

My food arrived dry, hard and not edible. I took one bite and it taste as if the chicken had been sitting around all day. There was nothing fresh about it. The tortilla was dry and crunchy also on the outside

Found two bone like pieces in my Chicken Burrito Bowl and the other pieces barely had any meat on them. I ordered white rice and it was obvious they put brown rice in first, real it and instead of starting over tried to smother the brown in sour cream
