This store is so inconsistent with portioning and quality. More times than not they give you laughable portions (if you can even consider it a portion) of protein and the guacamole always seems to be brown/not fresh. Shame on me for continuing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

I don't know what people are talking about when the say chipotle is rationing, but the chipotle near me they dont play When it comes to giving customers their food, and I appreciate that the Burrito Bowl was amazing the chipotle honey chicken was phenomenal

Anytime door dash chipotle the large chips are more like a regular size. I feel like im getting ripped off

The $6.00 Chips & Queso Blanco - the store WITHOUT informing me, sent me to the hotel with 3 HARD TACO SHELLS instead of CHIPS.
Went through 20 mins of store prompts and was never able to speak to attempt to resolve.
Next time - at least ask the customer if they are okay with a substitution. Things are too expensive to waste someone's time and money.
