Chips were very, very stale. The chicken in both burrito bowls was burnt and black. I didn't ask for onions in one burrito bowl and it was loaded with them. I wish were milder choices of salsas.
However, the steak burrito was perfect. The portions were large.

They forgot the cheese the food was not fresh using yesterdays guac and everything was super rude took 10 mins to fid my order even thiughi showed them it was a doordash and it was ready food was not warm my coworker guac was old. Manager was not helpful she was rude as well

Everytime I order from this store it never fails that chips are left out and never make it to me when specifically ordered. I don't like to complain but it does get a bit old to expect something in your order and end up without it repeatedly.
