The worst chipotle I've ever had. The avocados werent ripe so the guac had huge hard chunks in it. The meat was cold and very fatty. The Tortilla on the Side looked like someone just crumpled it into a ball then tossed it in the bag.

The rice tasted so bad this order idk what was wrong with it but it kinda tasted fishy. The chips are almost always stale and the guacamole has insanely large chunks of avocado, definetly not worth $8.

This was an expensive burito bowl, and I was looking forward to it. When I opened the to go container to eat I found a ridiculously small portion of food for what I paid. It was cold and sitting in a pool of cold watery juice from salsa. The cheese was lightly sprinkled on top, not melted and.... cold. I've eaten at this chipotle for years and I have seen the decline in food portions and quality of ingredients while prices soar. Thos was not worth it, and I doubt I'll return.

Did not receive my guac and tortilla which I paid an additional $7 for. Also my drink was placed on my bowl so when my food arrived it was super cold. I don't mind food that's not hot but this felt like it came out of the fridge (I'm 10 mins away plus dasher completed another order before me) wish they would have placed my tortilla and guac in the bag with my bowl and left the drink outside of the bag. Sad I didn't get my tortilla and guac. Also carne asada was chewy :(

There was a very miniscule amount of meat provided. The meat was cold, and the veggies were wilted. Not a lot of edible meat, mostly chunks of fat and gristle.
