I ordered at Noon and Chicken was dry and burnt. chips were bland and dry as well overall a pretty bad experience by chipotle standards. Not worth the price

The portion was about half of what you typically receive. As you can see in the picture it was well below the top of the bowl.

Dasher was friendly and communicated when he was waiting for the food!
The bag/sticker was not sealed, I'm sure it was an accident on the restaurant's part but it would feel better as the consumer for it to be sealed properly.
I don't get Chipotle often so I don't know if the portions changed but paying $11-13 per bowl and getting half of the normal amount almost feels like we were ripped off.
I hate to leave negative reviews being a person in customer service myself but I always try to give this Chipotle another chance and the food is never hot. Maybe I will try another location before giving up completely on Chipotle.

The burritos were cold, the meat grisly and the cheese unmelted, only shredded. They were inedible. DoorDash delivered my order early, so I know this lousy food was due to Chipotle. I was very disappointed. Usually the food is great.
