My Burrito was not only barely seasoned, but it was almost entirely rice. It was especially lacking in cheese and sour cream, but there wasn't much steak either. For paying an upcharge for a steak Burrito this was very disappointing. I shouldn't have open my Burrito and add my own seasonings, cheese and sour cream to make it palatable.

this was the most poorly constructed burrito ive ever had in my life. the portion size was good but was impossible to eat without dumping it into a bowl and eating it with a fork and spoon. thanks for the amount of filling but again the structure was terrible

I've had iffy experiences with this chipotles servings in the past, but I must say so far this year so good! Great portions, food taste well. Will definitely feel comfortable door dashing again from this location:)

Ordered 4 bowls. Went to pickup the order because the app said it was ready. Upon arriving it was not done. They rushed to do them and barely put anything in the bowls. It was the right portions for a toddler. Used to be the best store around but their service has been terrible the last few times.

Very bland!! no forks or napkins didnt eat much but a few bites also stingy with the chips and sour cream the rice was not done right either :/ive had other locations thatwere much better
