Chips cost extra and were very stale, threw the chips in the trash. Salad was haphazardly constructed and not appetizing , also a very small portion of greens for a salad.

i always order from here, always dissappointed with the food. its usually cold the Burrito Bowl is always half full. the rice can be hard... and the chips can be cooked awfully with way to much salt. so disappointing as i usually love chipotle.

Order here all the time. This time my chicken Burrito Bowl had almost NO chicken
Worse though, the chips are thin and greasy. Not like before. When my order arrived, the bags holding the chips were saturated with grease.
Not sure I'll bother ordering from Chipotle again, but one thing I'll never do is order those disgusting chips -
(Thin greasy chips- so little chicken that I had to dig around to find a few tiny pieces - are you trying to save money? Not worth losing customers)

Kid's Quesadilla was not as pictured, no rice, beans or chips just a tiny quesadilla wrapped in foil for over $5!!

Chips & Guacamole served with stale chips & only a HUGE avocado chunk. Side of Queso Blanco was old tasting. The Salad was all sauce, very little meat/rice/veggies. The sour cream tasted old. Hugely disappointed in this experience. Very unusual for the Company!
