they can't read here i guess, they act like they never can find my order, they look at the tag then walk away like it's not there until I show the order on the app. prep and taste of the food is mediocre

The food was half the bowl, I got less rice toppings and chicken as I would normally do. I paid full price for something too little. Tried to call costumer service and they werent answering calls. I am disappointed. Not worth the money at all.

The rice in the Burrito Bowl was under cooked. I could feel the hard grains in mouth
